束熨斗は熨斗鮑(のしあわび)を束ねたもので、不老長寿の薬として古来より珍重されていました。
桜は「五穀豊穣」や「豊作」を表す吉祥文様として、また春を告げる花として吉兆を意味する文様として古来より愛されてきました。
『吉祥束熨斗に桜文様』は「延命長寿」「開運招福」「子孫繁栄」を表す吉祥文様です。

●Kissho Tabanenoshi-ni Sakura Monyo
Tabenenoshi is a bundle of thin strands of dried abalone, and has been prized since ancient times as a medicine for “eternal youth and longevity.”
Cherry blossoms, symbolizing a “bountiful harvest of the five grains” and “abundant crops,” have also been loved since ancient times as a flower that heralds spring and as a pattern that stands for good omens.
Kissho Tabanenoshi-ni Sakura Monyo is an auspicious pattern that symbolizes “extended longevity,” “welcoming good luck,” and the “perpetuation of one’s descendants.”
